Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After 3 days after delivery we can no longer replace any damaged items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Cancelations
Orders are held for 4 business hours before they are process for production. Orders can not be canceled or refunded after this hold time.
Exchanges
All Public Menace items are made-to-order, which means once you order our warehouse places your materials into a master order list for our blank ordering on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This method does not allow us to make exchanges on orders. This includes wanting to exchange or return for a different sizing, color or design. All sales are final.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on orders which wrong addresses were provided, incorrect size or colors that were selected or personal damaged an item after delivery. Public Menace will replace any items that arrived damaged, but based on inspection. Once a order is in production, we do not offer any returns or exchanges.
*Any items sent back with no notice or approval from the warehouse will be declined and sent back to the sender. All policies are accepted with purchase.
